For two decades I experienced crippling, uncontrolled, untreatable anxiety. And when I say two decades I mean it. I’m 28 years old. The “anxiety” was never actually that. I didn’t have anxiety what I had was undiagnosed ADHD. Once I was diagnosed and medicated that “anxiety” vanished. I wasn’t anxious. I was overstimulated and severely misunderstood.
