Hey Parents! This one is for the kids 😆 We have a Challenge the Docs competition underway here at NBC throughout the month of January! Each week the docs will complete a new exercise and kids are challenged to beat the doc's best to win a prize 🏆

For this first week of January it’s time to out squat the doc!! 💪🏻 NBC kids👉🏻 if you can beat Dr. Toni's 40 squats in 1 minute, we have a fun prize for you 😉 have your parents video your squats or come do them here at the office! Ready, set, SQUAT! 🚦

Need an organizer ⬇️

Refresh!!!! We designed and installed this closet 5 years ago 💗 work is busy, kids are all consuming, and shopping… yes please! We love it all and wouldn’t change a thing… except one thing, you need another round of decluttering and organization and we are here to take care of all the organizing that you don’t have time for!
