**Highland Park Real Estate Snapshot - June 2025**

Highland Park's market is shifting! Median sales price soared 25% to $825,000, but we're moving away from a strong seller's market.

Homes on market are up a significant 59% (111 total), and months of inventory jumped 103% to 3.1. While homes still sell fast (median 14 days, down 80%), increased inventory means more buyer options. Homes closed were down 10% (56 total).
