some things we’ve been up to lately 🌊
LOTS of time at the beach, tons of agility, some short hikes, wedding planning, and building an apartment balcony vegetable garden 🪴
I’ve been spending a lot less time on social media and it’s been soooo good for my mental health. I really enjoy creating content, but consuming content feels draining and takes away from being present. I have a strict schedule using the device where the first and last couple hours of the day are spent off my phone and Tuesdays I spend completely off social media for a reset. What ways do you balance social media vs being present in day to day life?
