Business owners… quick question 👀

If I could help you add ONE new revenue stream to your business in the next 30 days… what would you pick?

More online sales?
Consistent monthly income?
Better event revenue?
More booked-out weeks?
Something else?

Drop it in the comments OR…

👉 send me the word “GROW” in a DM and I’ll send you a few ideas tailored to your business (no fluff, just what would actually work)

Because relying on just one way to make money is exhausting… and honestly, it’s risky. (Not just my opinion; I literally listened to an audio recording today of Warren Buffet saying exactly that!)

When we decided to open a niche-market, brick -and-mortar business in a small town, I knew it was going to take more than foot traffic for the numbers to work.
Here are the 8 revenue streams we use (and you can too!):
1) foot traffic
2) wholesale
3) fundraisers
4) website
5) live social selling (this is huge!)
6) festivals & markets
7) delivery platforms (UberEats, door dash)
8) strategic partnerships (pairings & events with other businesses)

If you have a business that’s only selling through one revenue stream numbers can feel a little volatile. You don’t need another business, you need to think about how your current business can work in new ways!

DM me “strategies” and I’ll send you a quick video on how we could work together to develop a custom plan for your business!

Product-based business owners… this is the part nobody tells you.

If your income feels like a roller coaster, it’s not because your product isn’t good enough.
It’s because you’re relying on ONE way to make money.

Foot traffic alone is not a strategy.

Here’s what actually creates stability:
• multiple ways to buy
• multiple price points
• multiple customer entry points

Think about it…

If your storefront is slow one week, what kicks in?
Online? Events? Subscriptions? Wholesale?

If the answer is “nothing”… that’s the problem.

This is exactly what I help retail business owners fix
so they can stop guessing what next month’s sales will be.

If you want help mapping out your revenue streams,
send me a DM that says “STABLE” and I’ll send you info on how we could work on this together.

Product-based business owners, this is for you 👇

If your revenue still depends on people walking through your door, you are building on a dated (and potentially shaky) foundation.

Foot traffic is great when it’s flowing
But when it slows down, everything feels it

That’s why scaling isn’t about doing more of the same
It’s about building multiple ways for money to come in

Here’s what that actually looks like using a simple bakery example:
1. Storefront
Your home base. This is where your brand lives and your customer experience shines.
2. E-commerce
Now you’re not limited to your town. You can sell 24/7 to anyone, anywhere.
3. Subscriptions
Predictable, recurring revenue. Think monthly cookie boxes your customers look forward to.
4. Live social selling
Go live, show the product, sell in real time. This is one of the fastest ways to create cash flow right now.
5. Special events
Pop-ups, markets, private events. You meet new customers and create brand exposure fast.
6. Wholesale
Get your product into other stores, coffee shops, or boutiques. You multiply your reach without multiplying your time.
7. Fundraisers
Partner with schools, teams, and organizations. They sell for you and you both win.
8. Classes
Teach what you know. Decorating classes, baking workshops, kids events. High margin and builds loyalty.

None of these alone will “fix” your business
But together? They stabilize it

This is how you get off the income roller coaster
This is how you stop guessing what next month will look like
This is how you actually grow

Most business owners aren’t stuck because they aren’t working hard enough
They’re stuck because they only have one or two ways to make money

If that’s you, it’s time to change the strategy

Send me the word STREAMS and I’ll send you the breakdown of how I help retail and product-based businesses build out multiple revenue streams step by step 👊

If I tell you this, can we still be friends?

Most retail businesses don’t have a traffic problem…
they have a revenue structure problem.

I see it all the time—
Owners waiting on customers to walk through the door
and then stressing or blaming different things (totally out of their control) when sales feel inconsistent.

But foot traffic was never meant to carry your entire business…. It’s not 1990 anymore (sad I know, I miss the TGIFriday tv lineup too).

If your revenue only comes from people physically showing up…
you’re always going to feel like you’re on a rollercoaster.

More effort doesn’t fix that.
More streams does.

The goal isn’t to work harder in your store…
it’s to build a business that makes money in multiple ways.

That’s when things actually start to feel stable.

You don’t need a new business, just new ways to sell.

If you’ve been feeling this, you’re not crazy—and you’re definitely not alone.

DM me “STABLE” and I’ll send you a quick breakdown of how I help retail owners build more consistent revenue without relying on foot traffic alone.
