Vegan Protein Nachos
Enjoy plant-based protein with these nachos topped with seasoned lentils and a dairy-free cheese sauce.
Ingredients:
1 cup tortilla chips
1 cup cooked lentils
1/4 cup homemade vegan cheese sauce
1/4 cup black beans
Corn and cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare lentils with taco seasoning.
Spread chips on a baking tray, top with lentils, beans, and cheese sauce.
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
Top with corn and cilantro before serving.
