Tim was more than our Operations Manager (a role he held since 2008) — he was our Office Dad. A steady friend. The coffee brewer who always kept the pot full. The flag director. Jackson’s official treat distributor. The gatekeeper, always there if you forgot your office key.

We were truly blessed to have Tim on our team. He took care of so much more than managing operations, and he cared deeply about every detail and every person. Over the last 18 years at do it outdoors, we shared smiles, laughs, tears, and cheers alongside him — and his loss is felt in a big way across our entire company.

To honor Tim and the way he showed up for all of us, we’re creating an award in 2026 to recognize driver excellence for exceptional accomplishments...and we’ll always keep Black Silk coffee in the cabinet.

Rest in Peace, Tim. We'll miss you, always.
