For those of you wondering … yes, 4 days is UP! And did we make it?! No we didn’t 😅

We managed to buy a couple of extra bonus days at our rental which has bought us some extra time! Enough time? Absolutely not 🤣🫣 but we’re doing what we can!

We’ve roped in literally all of our friends this week for extra hands and honestly don’t know what we’d have done without them all 😭 the stress is real, the rush is real, the dust is real…… help

We have less than one week until we need to move into this house 🤯🤯 6 days to be exact! It’s most definitely crunch time!

I think when we started this Reno I definitely had false ideas of how quickly things were going to be done 😅 however, the stress of actually moving stuff out of the old house was something I hadn’t even factored in!

Reno day 6 🙌🏼 we have less than 2 weeks until we need to move into this house - the chimney rip out is finally finished and the back room (soon to be kitchen) is actually giving me some form of reassurance now 😅

PART 3 is hereeeeeee 🤩🙌🏼 told you I wouldn’t keep you waiting too long 🤪

For those of you who are new here, we have £150 budget to transform our bathroom to a luxury, moody bo***ir.. and here’s how it’s going.. 😆

We were going to leave the bathrooom until last on the reno list.. buuuuuuut adhd had other plans 😆 so here we are transforming our bathroom on a budget (can’t even guarantee I’ll finish it - sorry guys!)

Ps. Who knew you could paint tiles?! I’m actually so so impressed with this.. watch this space to see the transform in part 4 🤩👏🏼

Reno day 4 💪🏼 an absolute grueller of a day!

We absolutely love these originally wardrobes in my sons room and wanted to preserve them as much as possible, but due to the chimney needing to be ripped out down the back of the house we had to try and dismantle them and remove the middle!

The boys did absolutely unreal - this is definitely the hardest job of the house! Old houses are so well built and these bricks were not moving for anyone 🤯🤯🤯

Reno day 3 💪🏼🙌🏼👷🏻‍♂️
We were originally going to take out a wall to join up the current kitchen which is box sized, with the back dining room, but sadly we can’t do this without adding loaaads of extra work & money to the Reno! So we decided to keep that in and just be a bit more savvy with the space… sadly this means taking out the chimney breast throughout the whole property (not sure how this seemed less work at the time 😅😅) … we’re still keeping in the chimney in the main front room where hopefully we’ll be turning the gas fire into a wood burner 😍🔥

BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION PART 2 IS HERE!!! 🤩🙌🏼 we’re transforming our bathroom for under £150… do you think we can do it?!

For those of you who haven’t seen part 1.. we were actually leaving the bathroom until last on the house Reno, but obv me being me + adhd.. we’re now doing a full bathroom Reno for under £150 😅🙄 wish us luck!

We were very kindly gifted this stunning paint by & it’s absolutely giving✨ main character energy ✨ - obsessed! However for the purposes of transforming your bathroom for under £150, I’ve still taken the cost of this off the final total 🤞🏼

Day 1 - finally picking up the keys after 7 months of back and forth over unregistered land 😅🤯 it finally feels real 🥺🔐 - cannot wait to wake up to these veiws every day 🏞️

Reno day 2 🙌🏼 this was actually yesterdays progress & I cannot take any credit for todays work what so ever as I was off enjoying a spa day whilst the boys took charge 😅🫣🧖🏼‍♀️ well done boyos 💪🏼🥰
