Back for its third year, the invites families and Halloween lovers to tour neighborhoods packed with creative, creepy, and festive decorations — all while bringing our community together. Last year, nearly 100 homes joined in the fun, and this year will be even bigger! 🏚️🕸️

Judge Frank Caprio, known for his heartwarming viral court moments, has died at the age of 88.

According to a statement shared on his official page, the former Providence, Rhode Island, judge died "after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer."
