I admit it: I made fun of the “pumpkin spice everything” trend… hard. Last Fall, my wife handed me her PSL and, graciously, urged me to try it. I sipped. I tried to hide my joy. I failed. They’re good AF. Did you know it? I’m sure you did, I was late to the party. This recipe makes up for it.

Call it basic betch food if you want. This granola (aka cracknola) tastes anything but basic; let me tell you how hard it is to stop making it and eating it. It’s easy to put together, Vegan, Gluten Free, and—get this game changer— doesn’t have to be made with Pumpkin Spice! Add whatever fall spices you want and thank me later.
