Front loading protein is a great way to stay full throughout the day and less snacky! Front loading your protein intake means to have a majority of your protein intake taken cared of by the time dinner rolls around so that you can enjoy a meal that is not so protein heavy but more balanced. ��Most people can eat whatever for lunch but will value their dinner a bit more.
