Lumberjack Casserole Bake! So so good

9 biscuits precooked and halved and placed in a 13x9 pan, add 1lb browned Jimmy Dean regular sausage over the top, add 7 eggs scrambled, then pour 2 cans sausage gravy and spread evenly. Then add 1 package cooked bacon cut up, sprinkle 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar evenly, then add 1 more can of sausage gravy. Bake @ 350° for 40 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered. Makes 6-8 servings

Couple of soups I made within in the last week. Bacon Cheeseburger with Potatoes and Mixed Veggies, and Green Chili Chicken Cream Chese with Sweet Onion and freshly chopped Anaheim Chili. Loving this Fall season so far!

Sweet Garlic Ginger marinated porkloin roasted with frozen; Garlic Greenbeans, Broc Florets, Onions, and wedge cut Carrots underneath. Covered @ 400 for 40, 10-15 mins uncovered @ 350. Veggie Oil and seasoned them with Salt, Pepper, and Onion Powder, mix well. 3/4 cup water. Great Fall meal for sure! This was a $10 succulent meal with a 15 min prep time.
