Prep for Mak-Dad-Ee's Flank Steak Pinwheels. Used some mushies and sweet onions saute'ed in some Josh Winery Merlot, added some creamy shredded Cheddar Gruyerie Chz straight from Wisconsin, and fresh bacon bits. Rolled it up, and tied it up, and threw it in the cast iron skillet. It was amazingly scrumptious, and put the palet to work for sure. Sorry you missed it, thanks for checking it out!

7lb Sirloin Tip spinning on the 11 and 1. The house smells amazing. Homemade beef dips, and beef n gravy, and roast beef sammiches, beef noodle soup. Things are poppin in the SW desert. Even my SxS tire 🤣🤘
