💬 {... Interference} ... Hello Captains! Small Wall is in touch! Well, it's time to experiment. We decided to launch a new category called "Podcasts with the Alliance's Extraordinary People".
Remember the engineer from the IGNIS corporation - the very guy who whispered to us about the production of Spark ?!
So, right now he is sitting opposite me in our cozy studio.
🎙 Small Stan: Hi Jack! How is your snake that you brought back from an asteroid ... did you name it?
🔧 Engineer: Hi Stan! The name of the snake? Yes. I named her Mrs. Margaret.
🎙Small Stan: Mrs. Margaret? Are you serious?
🔧 Engineer: Yes, quite. In honor of my mother-in-law! They have so much in common. But the most amazing thing is that this kind of snakes from the asteroid KALAPARAST have a rare ability to regenerate. At this point, I have referred Mrs. Margaret to our biologists for further study.
🎙Small Sten: In honor of the mother-in-law ?! Original. Look, your biologists don't need another Mrs?
🔧Engineer: Well, if only your Mrs. has the ability to drink blood!
🎙Small Stan: Ok Jack, now for the hot news! I heard that you have created something interesting ...
🔧 Engineer: Yeah. Hyper beacons! But we did not create them from scratch, but were able to understand and adapt the technologies of the ancients. We just finished testing recently.
🎙Small Sten: What are hyper beacons for?
🔧 Engineer: They actually make life easier for pilots. Up to this point, it was not always possible to exit hyperspace exactly at the point that was needed, so the error could be from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of kilometers. Sometimes ships, as a result of anomalous disturbances in hyperspace, were thrown out of it into a completely different system, and some did not return at all. To solve the problem with navigation in hyperspace, we were able to decipher the chains of codes of the ancient control modules of the hypergate. Not all of them, of course, but exactly the part that is responsible for navigation. As a result, we developed our own control hypernavigation module. Now hyper beacons can be installed by almost every owner of a research frigate. Hyper-beacons are installed in places of favorable exit to ordinary space, in sectors not equipped with gates. And what is surprising: no matter how far the system in which our lighthouse is installed, the ship goes straight on the course without any deviations and leaves the hyper in a two-kilometer zone around the lighthouse.
🎙 Small Stan: Yeah Jack! You did a really good job! Many pilots struggling with hyperspace navigation will appreciate your work!
