China is undeniably a successful country. Its rapid economic growth, modern infrastructure, and global influence show how far it has come. One thing I truly admire is how hardworking the Chinese people are—they’re disciplined, focused, and always striving to improve.

It’s ironic that many of the people who criticize China come from countries that haven’t achieved the same level of progress or stability. Instead of hate, maybe we should learn something from their work ethic and determination.

So we visited our nephew, and we really missed Lucky the super playful dog! When we saw him, he looked happy and doing well. It seems like he’s finally moved on and is content with his new life. He now lives with my nephews who are taking good care of him. And to our surprise he got another dog pregnant! One of my nephew’s other dogs, actually! They really love taking care of dogs, so no wonder it happened. Lucky is a Golden Retriever, and the other dog is a Siberian Husky. We’re excited to see what their puppies will look like!

We visited our grandparents' 1920s home deep in the province a place full of memories and history. Together with our mother, brothers, and sisters, we walked a long, challenging path just to reach the house. There were no vehicles available because the area is surrounded by forest, and there’s no proper road. It was a tiring journey, and we were all so thirsty and exhausted. But despite the struggle, it was all worth it. A moment we'll never forget!

I came across a story recently that made me think about the way we share our personal lives online. A woman uploaded a video where she openly admitted some personal things: she brushes her teeth once a day, takes a bath only three times a week, and has gained a lot of weight recently. She was pretty honest about it, and that’s fine it’s her choice.

However, after posting the video, one of her followers commented, ‘I think you should lose some weight because it’s really noticeable.’ Instead of taking the comment as constructive criticism or just an opinion, the woman got upset. She started using bad words and accusing the commenter of being rude and having no right to say that to her.

Here’s what I don’t understand: If you’re sharing something so personal on social media, why not be open to feedback good or bad? Isn’t part of being transparent on social media also about accepting what people have to say, even if it’s not always what you want to hear?

It makes me wonder: Are we only allowed to share our lives online if everyone agrees with us and praises us? What happened to constructive criticism, or just letting people express their honest opinions without getting offended?
