Lite Fm Bequia has further investigated the situation that took place yesterday evening, and based on the information MV Jaden Sun had encountered issues with one of there engines and had originally decided not to make any stops into Bequia.

No one intentionally did anything to prevent the MV. Jaden Sun from docking at the main Jetty and persons were in communication. Based on our previous post last night we stand corrected based on the information we received at first.

We appreciate persons who reached out and we were able to get the necessary information on the matter.

Let me make it clear that Lite Fm is in no way targeting anyone specific when we post anything on this page, but at the same time we are big enough to admit and make corrections on matters concerning Bequia our home.

Action Bequia is proud to announce the completion of major repairs to the roof of the Clive Tannis Pavillion Stadium, a much-needed restoration after damages sustained and worsened by Hurricane Beryl.

This project was carried out by Ken Lavia of Kenyaโ€™s Trucking whose team also restored the guttering system, ensuring continued water collection for the facility.

In addition, after a few years out of commission, the Clive Tannis Hard Court has been rewired, expertly completed by James Electrical Services and funded by Action Bequia.
