Almost there.

After 10 intense sailing days, our next island is Antigua.
We actually thought we wouldn’t sail around Christmas — but the weather had other plans.

So we’re using the window tomorrow, finishing this stretch and then it’s time for slower days, quality time, and letting the miles settle.

Sometimes plans change. And sometimes that’s exactly what makes it work.

Five things we’re reminded of now that we’re out of the yard:
1. Freedom feels incredible — but it comes with real work behind it.
2. Uncertainty shows up in the small things: waiting for parts, weather, timing.
3. Progress is slow right now, and that’s okay. Boats don’t follow schedules.
4. Choosing our pace matters more than chasing momentum.
5. And even freedom needs a bit of structure to stay sustainable.

We’ve been quiet for a while —
not because something happened, but because we’ve been going through a natural phase of change.
A lot has shifted for us this past year, and we’ve been growing into it.

We crossed the Atlantic at the beginning of 2025,
and life in the Caribbean is finally starting to feel the way we imagined it.
Free — but also full of decisions that come with choosing an unconventional life.

YouTube has been calm because we needed time to understand this new rhythm:
working from the boat,
figuring out our income in a way that supports the life we want,
and finding out what “stability” actually means for us now.

What we do know:
we feel at home on the water.
And at the same time, we’re quietly reflecting on how this life might evolve in the long run.
No big plans. No rush. Just honest development.

What matters to us is living in a way that feels right —
independent, grounded, and true to who we are.
No show. No drama. Just real life.

As for YouTube, we’ll decide that step by step.
Right now we’re in Trinidad, getting Hi ready for another Caribbean season,
and finding our rhythm again — slowly, naturally.
