A Brief Account of How the Prophet Met with Allah (SWT):
The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) experienced a miraculous journey known as Isra and Mi’raj.
In one night, he was taken from Makkah to Masjid Al-Aqsa in Jerusalem — this part of the journey is called Isra.
From there, he was ascended to the heavens — this is called Mi’raj. During this journey, he met several prophets, including Ibrahim (Abraham), Musa (Moses), and Isa (Jesus) in the various levels of heaven.
Eventually, he reached a place beyond which even the angels cannot go — the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary (Sidratul Muntaha) — where he was brought into the Divine Presence of Allah (SWT).
There, Allah originally commanded 50 daily prayers, but they were reduced to 5 prayers, which still carry the reward of fifty.
This miraculous journey happened to strengthen the Prophet's heart after facing hardships in Makkah, and it is one of the greatest signs of his honor and closeness to Allah.
