I’m always transparent with my students. When I’m happy, I show it. When I’m sad, I show it. When I’m angry or raise my voice, I show it too — but I always explain why.

Children are naturally playful and sometimes naughty. That’s part of growing up. At the end of the day, I make sure they don’t go home with hard feelings. They go home feeling understood, guided, and cared for.

If you’re an educator, remember — discipline with explanation builds trust. 💛
