How Observation and Perception Affect Our Lives?
Recently, I’ve watched a Tedx Talk on the power of observation and perception in life, presented by a 13-year-old student. I was quite surprised that what she shared were insights that took me more than twenty years to realize. I have always believed in the laws of life and that everything happens for a reason, whether it's a happy or sad event. It's all about the universe creating opportunities for us to experience different emotions in life.
I realized that living peacefully is not difficult; the core lies within our inner selves. The way we observe and perceive ourselves and the events in our lives is the precious "medicine" that helps us feel more optimistic, calm, mature, and grown-up. However, not everyone is born with this ability. After enduring enough pain and brokenness, the gift we receive is that "medicine”, and we can learn how to protect our energy and distribute it reasonably. Therefore, when anything happens to us, whether good or bad, whether happiness or misfortune, let's open our arms to welcome and enjoy it.
Just by changing your perspective a little, changing your perception a little, you will feel much lighter and happier. For those who do not share the same energy frequency, it is natural for them to drift apart. If you can pick something up, you can put it down; learn to let go, do not strive or expect too much. Once you can do these things, it proves that your "inner self" has become much stronger.
I wish you all a peaceful and meaningful life!
