There were days I didn’t feel like myself.

Days where everything felt heavy and I couldn’t even explain why.
Either it be heartbreak, stress, depression, overthinking… it builds up quietly until it’s all you feel.

And the hardest part?
You still have to keep going like nothing’s wrong.

But I learned something in those moments…
You don’t have to be okay to keep moving.

I stopped trying to escape it.
Stopped numbing it. Stopped pretending it wasn’t there.
I sat with it and then I used it as fuel to push myself.

Every late night. Every doubt. Every moment I felt alone…
I put it somewhere. Training. Work. Growth. Discipline.

Not because I felt strong…
But because I refused to stay in that place.

If you’re going through it right now…
If your mind feels heavy, your chest feels tight, and nothing makes sense…

You’re not broken. You’re being rebuilt.

This pain you feel?
It can either hold you down… or push you forward.

Feel it. Face it.
Then turn it into something that makes you stronger.
