My name is Kuba. I started cooking as a young boy, and by the age of 17, I followed that passion into professional chef training. I’ve since worked in prestige restaurants across Europe — the UK, Ireland, Malta, and Cyprus — constantly refining my craft and deepening my understanding of food.
Then, in 2019, I fell in love with a Vietnamese business woman (who I married of course) and decided to move to Vietnam.
Today, I don’t work in a restaurant anymore.
But I never stopped being a chef.
I still observe.
I still analyse.
I still care deeply about what’s on the plate.
Over the last 5 years, I’ve experienced hundreds of restaurants across Vietnam.
Some surprised me.
Some disappointed me.
And some… had real potential, but didn’t know how to reach it.
Join me on a journey of descovering Vietnamese cousies.
Recently I started being invited to help restaurants restructure their kitchen flow and make staff work more efficiently. If you need this kind of service, let me know.
