A traditional dish of local foods prepared In a traditional Natamambo style, this is traditionally known as “VIRSARUH”. Included in this traditional dish are crated banana rolled in island cabbage, fresh coconut milk, fresh fish or meat of any sort and other seasonings according to your preference.

This traditional dish is baked in leaves and very hot stones, crated bananas are separated from the meat and are placed together to be cooked. It take about an hour to cook and once it is cooked it is then served for everyone to enjoy.

PREPARATION OF THE MAIN ROAD IN LUGANVILLE CITY

The old tar seal on the main road in downtown Luganville is been stripped off in preparation for the new road construction. In the next following months the face of the city of Luganville will be changed into to a much prettier look.

It’s moving forward slowly and surely, there is so much potential for Luganville to become the largest city in Vanuatu 🇻🇺.
