As we wrap up another week of service, let’s celebrate the power of good communication and finally having the tools to back it up.

This week marks a major milestone for the Ministry of Women, Community and Social Development: for the first time ever, we are transitioning to Microsoft 365. This is not just a new system, it’s a whole new way of working together faster, smarter and more transparently.
And let’s be honest…

No more juggling two email addresses just to be sure that attachment finally shows up.
No more hundreds of emails a day because we now have Teams to chat, share files and leave your inbox for the important stuff.

This achievement is the result of months of planning, the rapid ICT assessment and plenty of patience.

A huge fa’afetai tele lava to our Tautua Partnership and the Government of Australia for standing alongside us from the first assessment to every step that led to implementation. Your support has made this leap possible.

To all our staff and stakeholders: thank you for embracing change with such good humour and commitment. Together, we’re building a culture of open communication, shared learning and innovation.
