Talofa friends, as a family owned, faith-driven business, we understand how important it is to provide the best service we possibly can, to our customers and with integrity. It is an honour to serve our God, through serving our people in Samoa and overseas.
With our business, streaming funerals live has been one of the more popular demands and we do not take the request lightly. Often we are challenged by internet connectivity issues, particularly in remote areas such as Savaii. However, this does not stop our team from ensuring a quality service is provided. Faced with such challenges, we ensure that not only are the final farewell services and fa'aaloaloga livestreamed but that they are also recorded in full, in case of internet disruptions. Hence, we try to capture the event as best we can, for our viewers in real time and as a video, for the families and friends to cherish as memorable keepsakes.
Our work does not start or end at the event/location. The behind the scenes work involves a lot of hours of preparation (before the event) and editing (after the event). Combined together with the actual streaming hours is significant.
In our commitment to our customers, we can honestly say that our team is not perfect and has learned from past mistakes. However, our faith in God has enabled us to not give up as we strive towards excellence, through upgrading our knowledge, skills and equipment.
For those who have used our services, we appreciate you and are humbled. For our potential customers, we are willing and available to discuss your needs. Our payment policy is simple: if you want to use our service, we require 50% deposit up front and then the balance is to be paid after the event. Our fees are very competitive, so we encourage you to contact us for a quotation and to discuss your budget. However, if you use our services and fail to pay (without a reasonable explanation), we will remove your livestreamed video and photos from our media platforms. (This has only happened once as a result of unkindness).
