Submissions close for issue 4 of Feast Zine at midnight, October 12th! 🌞

So, get them in while you can - we’re prioritising visual art, illustrations, photography, anything pretty but of course feel free to continue sending in whatever you think will fit the feast! 🎨🖼️📸🎞️

Issue 4’s theme is Odyssey, and we’re loving all the brave and adventurous work we’ve seen so far. Keep it coming! ⛵️🌊

It's time to sweeten your feed with the taste of poetry (and apple pie)... It is a joy to introduce you to 'The Final Apple Pie' by Helen Cross. 🍎

This poem really epitomises nostalgia for us... and now that Autumn is on it's way, the apples are blooming, and the wind is shaking the trees, this feels more timely than ever.

Helen Cross is studying English Literature and Creative Writing at University Centre Peterborough, where she is a Malcolm Bradbury Bursary Holder. Her work has also been featured on the BBC! You can find her at .

Natasha is an LA-born artist living in London whose work is mostly focused on processing emotions and life experiences. 🖌 They like to create with ink, gouache, watercolor, printmaking, and digital technologies - and we're delighted to spotlight this talent and mastery of materials.

A great adventure; a great trial; a sojourn across the depths of sea or sky or a long hard day at work. Do you hear the call to adventure? Do you answer? What places will you see, people you meet, tastes you taste? How deep inside or outside of yourself can you go and still return to tell the tale?

We love love love the warm and fuzzy feeling that 's work gives us. It couldn't be more perfect for Feast Zine's Nostalgia Issue.

Sophie is a freelance illustrator based in the North West of England and graduate of Leeds Arts University, BA (Hons) Illustration. She often works with mixed media and wonky shapes to create still and animated images.
