Ito yung magandang depensa ni Chris Ross kay Jordan Heading sa dying seconds ng fourth quarter.

Sa oras na ito, lamang ang SMB sa scoreboard: 98-97.

Nagkaroon ng loose ball, natumba si Heading, and tried to regain the possession, at nag-dive si Ross sa bola, prompting the referee to call a jumpball.

Then, all of a sudden, the coliseum barker has an announcement.

Mo Tautuaa's dunk was nullified bcoz of basket interference.

Dahil na-nullify ang dunk ni Mo, inalis ang dalawang puntos sa score ng SMB kaya balik sa TNT ang lamang, 97-96.

Very timely assist from the technical committee, angal ng mga SMB fans.

Mamaya, muling magkakasukatan ng husay at lakas sina Chris Ross at Jordan Heading.

Matapos i-trade ng Ginebra (kasama si Christian Standhardinger) papuntang Terrafirma kapalit sina Stephen Holt at Isaac Go plus a number 3 draft pick (RJ Abarrientos), ngayon ay dadalhin naman ni Stanley Pringle ang kanyang talento sa Rain or Shine. Ipina-review ni Castro ang dunk ni Mo kahit walanh request ang TNT camp.

Buong koponan, nasaktan at di nagustuhan ang nangyari sa Game 1.

Naagaw sa SMB ang panalong dapat ay sa kanila na dahil sa desisyon ng technical committee na i-nullify ang dunk ni Mo Tautuaa.

Kung babasahin ang rules about offensive interference, sang-ayon kina Eric Castro (DC) at B**g Pascual, bawal hatakin ang rim while the ball is not yet in, unlike sa dunk na nag-went through na ang bola and the player remains hanging on the rim to prevent a bad landing. Sa kaso raw ng dunk ni Mo, nag-bounce ang bola pataas then bumalik ito diretso sa rim, kaso nga nahatak ni Mo ang rim. Violation daw.

Katwiran ng SMB camp, pati ang mga fans, hindi nagkaroon ng interference sa galaw ng bola.

Anyway, hindi na rin nagprotesta ang SMB camp dahil magiging exercise in futility lang daw dahil nagpa-presscon na nga raw ang deputy commissioner to justify their action.

Yan ang sinabi ng SMB team governor na si Sir Robert Non. Sayang lang daw kasi, magigjng exercise in futility lang daw kasi na-preempt na nina Eric Castro, PBA deputy Commissioner at si technical head B**g Pascual nang magpa-prescon ang mga to justify their action.

Sabi nga ni SMC Sports Director Al Francis Chua, minadali ang pa-presscon, di man lang daw sila sinabihan. Kasi in-anticipate daw ng mga ito na magpuprotesta ang SMB camp.

Pirmado na raw ni Sir Robert Non ang dokumento ng kanilang protesta, but the last minute ay nagdecide silang wag na lang ituloy. Kasi nga raw, magiging exercise in futility na lang iyon. Isa pa, they still have to pay 100K for filing fees.

Pero kahit daw di na sila nag-file ng protesta, they still firmly believed that there was no "offensive interference" sa dunk ni Mo. Ang totoo raw, game official interference ang nangyari.

Yan ang inihatol sa dunk ni Mo Tautuaa sa crucial minute ng Game 1 sa Phil Cup finals.

After ng 19-0 run ng SMB na nagbigay sa kanila ng kalamangan, inisip ng marami, it's another comeback win na naman para sa kanila.

Pero biglang ibinagsak ang bomba.

Ni-review ang dunk ng Fil-Tongan SMB backup center, at sinabing offensive interference-- nang more than 5 seconds na lang ang natitira sa game clock.

Nagbunyi ang TNT bench. Nakaligtas sila mula sa isang big collapse after na lumamang ng 22 points at nahabol pa ng SMB.

Nagalit ang San Miguel team governor, nilapitan nito ang mga game official. Nakitang inaawat siya ng coaching staff ng SMB.

Siyempre, galit din ang mga fans ng San Miguel. Sa tingin nila, tinulungan ng mga referee na maitakas ang panalong maibubulsa na sana ng tropa ni Coach Leo.

Target ngayon ni Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser ang kanyang unang PBA title sa pagsisimula ng best of 7 Finals Series kalaban ang San Miguel.

At nagkataon, target naman ng TNT ang historic grand slam.

Malaki ang role na gagampanan ni BGR sa title run na ito ng Tropang 5G dahil isa siya sa puwersang ihaharap ni Chot Reyes sa SMB big man na si June Mar Fajardo, an 8-time MVP.

Di na raw mabilang ni Kelly Williams kung ilang championship matches ang dinaanan niya. At sa pagkakataong ito, ii-enjoy lang daw niya ang bawat sandali ng pakikipagbakbakan nila sa SMB.

San Miguel wants to redeem itself from the poor performance in the last conference, they failed to get to the playoffs for the first time in more than a decade. Now the Beermen are in the Finals.

Samantalang ang TNT naman ay naghahangad ng grand slam, having won the two previous conference titles.
