Last week, Liz had a great time chatting to Sam Khan (Sam Khan Photography) and André Zeferino (BlindLens Media) on The Focal Plane Podcast.

In this preview, she talks a bit about the first edition of our mini comic and the launch competition that we're running until 12th December. It’s Competition Time!

It was very exciting recently to launch our competition at the Networking in Brighton lunch at the Pearly Cow and BNI Winners Horsham West Sussex

Comment below or drop us a line at [email protected] and we’ll send you a comic in its own gumball capsule, with a couple of additions 😉.

But, because we hate single-use plastic, we have devised a competition! We want your most fun, creative, cute or just plain weird ideas for reusing the capsule - photos either uploaded to our website or on your socials (tagging us please and with ). There are 5 different hampers to be won!

Panda Tuesday Top Tip 🐼

Know the difference between drawings and dividends. 💡

If you're a sole trader, you can take drawings from your business account, but they’re not expenses and they’re not salary.

If you're a limited company director, what you take out could be salary, dividends, or loan repayments, and each has different tax and reporting rules.

Getting it wrong can mean unexpected tax bills or messy year-end accounts. 😱
