Just finished Gone by Michael Grant. 🤨

The concept? 10/10. Lord of the Flies meets the X-Men. Everyone over 15 vanishes, and the kids left behind start developing… “gifts.” It’s dark, gritty, and right up there.

But it definitely overstayed its welcome.

Grant dragged the middle out a bit, and I found myself diving over a few plot holes that didn’t quite add up.

I’m intrigued enough to see what’s on the horizon in book two
“The Hunger”, but I’m hoping for a tighter script next time.

Just completed this, what is your say on it. "The Mandolorian" doesn't want to reveal the suspense who is behind the mask. But since I am aiming to become StarWars geek I am enjoying it. This was a good Season. I can say I was not disappointed.
