While loading this mustang we heard what sounded like a vehicle hitting another vehicle. I look up and see this Bronco rocking back and forth then see the white jeep just stopped there then they tried to drive off. They backed out of the parking space and turned the wheel too much. The customer and his friends chased the jeep down and made them come back and called the police and they came and made a report. Messed up how a person can cause damage to someone else’s vehicle and just drive off like nothing happened. 🤦‍♂️

Customers are always asking if we have a rollback to tow their vehicles. We tell them that we don’t, but we have a wrecker and dollies and that we can get the job done. Some people don’t mind and others are stuck on wanting a rollback. We try to educate them on how dollies work.
