๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข-๐๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ | ๐–๐ž๐ž๐ค-๐Ÿ

Nutri-Quest, one of the activities spearheaded by the TLE Department to celebrate Nutrition Month 2025, held its initial raffle during the flag ceremony.

Five raffle winners from each grade level will be drawn weekly.

To participate, learners must answer the week's nutrition-themed question and purchase a one-peso ticket. Learners write their answers on the ticket as their raffle entry.

This activity runs until the last week of July 2025.

In line with the celebration of Nutrition Month 2025, TLE teachers and its officers have conducted on July 4 a classroom-based poster-making contest participated by all Pag-asa NHS learners.

Following the theme "SA PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat!" and the subtheme "Food Security, Maging Priority: Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!", this activity aims to raise awareness on proper nutrition while engaging the learners in creative and artistic activities.

The TLE Department will announce the winners from each grade level on the closing program, selecting the most outstanding artwork that conveys to the theme.

Pag-asa NHS has launched today Nutrition Month 2025, with the theme โ€œSa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat!โ€ and subtheme โ€œFood at Security, Maging Priority: Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!"

Nutrition Month aims to raise awareness about the importance of proper nutrition and educate Filipinos on healthy eating habits.

During the opening, TLE teacher, Mrs. Rachelle Anne Chua asked random questions about health and nutrition, and those who answered correctly received food prizes.

In an interview, Ma'am Chua highlighted the significance of Nutrition Month for students and the public, stating, โ€œMahalaga ang Nutrition Month para sa mga mag-aaral at mamamayan dahil nagbibigay ito ng kaalaman at paalala tungkol sa tamang nutrisyon at malusog na pamumuhay."

She added, โ€œPara sa mga mag aaral, nakakatulong ito upang mas maging mulat sila sa epekto ng kanilang kinakain sa kanilang kalusugan at pag-aaral. Ang malusog na katawan ay mas may kakayahang mag-focus, matuto, at lumahok sa mga gawain sa paaralanโ€.

When asked why is it worth celebrating, Ma'am Chua said, โ€œAng pagdiriwang ng Nutrition Month ay isang paraan para itaguyod ang mas malusog na kinabukasan para sa lahat.โ€

๐‚๐‹๐„๐€๐๐”๐ ๐„๐…๐…๐Ž๐‘๐“๐’ ๐Ÿ’ฆ | The annual Brigada Eskwela fosters shared responsibilities among teachers, students, parents, and other community members to ensure conducive learning environment for all the learners.

To help the school clean the area in preparation for the upcoming school year, Bureau of Fire Protection - Binangonan assisted earlier in clearing things that could possibly pose a fire hazard.

Boys Scouts and SSLG officers also helped a lot with the organization of books, waxing the floor, repairing chairs, and the likes.
