And you can find many more examples of great people who had limiting beliefs.
So if you are thinking or planning to start your sentence with "I can't ..." - think again.

Beliefs can be a powerful force that moves us forward, but they can also be a formidable obstacle to our desired life. There are many irrational but very common limiting beliefs:

"I'm ugly."
"I'm so stupid."
"I'm lazy."
"Life is so difficult."
"Nobody wants to love me."
"All men/ women are bad boys/ girls."
"I’m never making enough for my living."..

What about you? Do your beliefs help you or do they work against you?

Then what is the difference between them?

Consciousness is a valuable asset of every person. There are two levels of consciousness, the conscious and the subconscious. Accounting for around 95% of the brain's processing capacity, the subconscious is responsible for vital body functions such as breathing, digesting food. etc. Long-term memories, habits and beliefs are also in there. It drives our lives. When there are repetitive things in life, it is the subconscious mind that is responsible.

Our conscious processing capacity is not insignificant, but it is clearly a small pond compared to the ocean of the subconscious. More and more research is uncovering the amazing possibilities of the subconscious mind.

The secret of the power of everything lies deep in everyone's subconscious, as long as we understand that, we can completely control our lives.

We create our life through thoughts and actions. Everyone has a different view of the life they lead. If there is anything in life that needs to be changed, that change has to start from within.

Once we have fully taken responsibility for our lives and circumstances, we can safely cope with all tasks in life. Always remember that life is yours and not someone else's.

Imagine you are flying from Los Angeles to New York City. If a pilot flying from LAX adjusted the nose of the direction 3.5 degrees south, you would land in Washington, D.C., instead of New York. Such a small change is barely noticeable at takeoff - the nose of the plane moves only a few feet - but when the entire United States is zoomed in, you end up landing off the destination hundred miles.

Likewise, each passing day looks the same. The small choices you make on a daily basis, may seem unimportant at this point, but in the time that makes up your life, these choices determine the difference between who you are and who you can be. If you have the right life direction, you will easily get what you want sooner and with less effort.

There are no objective factors that can bring us a happy life or a good day, but only our perspective can decide. You can see that the sunny days has its own radiant beauty and cold winter days have equally deep emotions.

Not all people experience the same thing feel the same. For example, when comparing people who got promoted in the job, the researchers found - while some appreciated the opportunity, others lamented that they had to shoulder heavier responsibilities. Therefore, the meaning of what happens depends on your perspective. Happiness or unhappiness depends on how you think.
