IS THERE AN $80 SHIRT HIDING IN HERE???

This is why I look at EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM.

I had gotten to the very end of this exhausting High / Low rack (don’t you just hate these?) and was 4 shirts away from the very end, when this BEAUTY popped out at me.

FILSON!

That’s now 4 Filsons found in a 3 week span across 3 different stores.

Of course, this makes all of the grind worth it. This is why I do it, to find a FILSON hanging on the rack. The thrill of the hunt still keeps me going out every single week looking for items like this.

Don’t give up! You never know what’s 4 shirts away from the rack you’re on.

Check out these 2 sales from this past week. I started a heavier discounting strategy on older inventory and it’s paying off. These were my oldest and 5th oldest items that I had in the garage. Glad to see those GONE! ✌️👋

No, I didn’t get much. But, you don’t always “make money”. Sometimes you realize your mistakes and try and move on as quickly as possible. These took a while, but they’re finally gone.

LISTEN to this - this has NEVER happened. Thrifting today, I found a FILSON henley shirt. I was stoked! At the NEXT thrift store I found 2 MORE! Since I’ve only found maybe 3-4 FILSONs in close to 8 years of thrifting, I’m ecstatic!! I spent $17 total on all 3 shirts.

Let’s put this in perspective… I went to 4 thrift stores today and spent a total of $303.70 on 40+ items. These 3 FILSONS will pay for over HALF of everything I purchased today. When only a few scores pay for the majority of your haul, it’s a GAMECHANGER!
