Unveiling of the best property in the best city in the world. We’ve come a long way to be here. People near and far away have put trust in us from day one and for that we are thankful to you and to God. We have not earnt this position ourselves but many have come along outside to build such a wonderful business in property. Being part of a property business isn’t often described as a privilege but it certainly is to us. To be able to supply and need for a home and and investment that flourishes through generation is an honorable invitation to us than a simple lucrative business. It’s not that we sell investments or find rich people to do business with us but that we spark something generational and you - our supporters and clients invite us to be part of your story. For that we are so incredibly grateful. Thanks for trusting us and for believing in us you have taught us so much and not a day goes past where we don’t praise God for putting every single one of you in our lives. I think there is a point in one’s life. Where there really isn’t that much more to understand and know about God. Where you’ve finished the homework of your life which is to get to know God and to live in his likeness. And when this is achieved God simply says you may graduate. I celebrate this. The world may see this as a tragedy but God in his full and perfect will has deemed this man to have completed his race. That upon his now complete journey he can come home and be with God and simply rest in his complete and full presence. And this makes me conclude that when you are alive and God ordains you yet one more breath in life - one more day under the sun, it is to be honored and cherished as a merciful opportunity for us to draw nearer and closer to God. Until we can’t draw any nearer and closer and the only thing standing between God and us is our flesh. That is when we are called back home. Until there all of us live with sin. All of us need to come to Jesus. All of us have work to do and to be done on us. Charlie basically christianmaxxed and that was enough. I trust that God will raise up more leaders like Charlie. Thank you Jesus for Charlie and also for calling him home. You are indeed perfect in all of your ways.

Singapore, it’s been real. You always give me new challenges and stretch me in new ways I haven’t even thought of. Singapore always has more people than I can grasp. People who make money in different and funny ways. Always new thought new ideas and challenges. Stuffy weather aside it’s always fun being here and pleasure doing business. I never know when I’ll be back but I always find myself here in a “few weeks” time. Signing out from Singapore where best days are always ahead of me
