More such simple yet effective tips:
🚫 Sugar intake cut karo → cold drinks, mithai, bakery items limit karo
🥗 Fibre add karo → salad, fruits, whole grains se satiety / fullness ki feeling aati hai
🚶♀️ Roz thoda movement → 30 min walk, stairs chadhna ya ghar ke chores
🍟 Processed food kam karo → chips/namkeen ki jagah nuts & fruits lo
💧 Pani zyada piyo → dehydration ko body hunger samajh leti hai
😴 Proper sleep lo → 7–8 ghante ki neend hormones ko balance karti hai
