THE DUTIES AND WORKS OF CUSTOMERS ACQUISITION OFFICERS AND BUSINESS GROWTH ACTIVATORS
Your work is to publicise, advertise and market our services, trainings and programmes to prospective clients and customers.You will use all possible platforms and avenues to market and sell our business to people online and physically. We offer ranges of products in Broadcasting, Education, Trainings and media
You will be properly trained in how to market, sell, publicise and advertise for our firm.
The firm will provide for your transport allowance and data allowance to enable you do the work properly.
-Data Allowance will be provided from your third week of doing the work and transport allowance will be provided right from your fifth week of doing the work.
METHODS/WAYS OF ADVERTISING AND MARKETING FOR OUR FIRM
We have simplified the ways through which you can publicise, market and make sales for our firm.You will be properly trained as you start the work with us
1. Social media- Facebook, whatsApp, Instagram, Twitter. You will use social media daily for this work
2. Flyers/Cards-We would make flyers and cards available for you to share to corporate client and prospective individuals.
3. Radio stations-We would make available funds for you to advertise our business or talk on radio to get clients
4. Companies/Organisation-you will visit companies and organisations to market and Publicise our firm
SALARY/PAYMENT FOR THE JOB
The salary/ payment for the job is / / salary and your payment will be increased by every 2 or 3 months as you perform well.Salary comes with transport and data allowance for the work separately. Many others additional benefits are available for those that work well with us.
SALARY SCALE-1st month- / 3rd month- / 5th month- / 7th month- / 9th month-
Based on the company's policy, the increment will be re-negotiated by the 11th month of working with us
-The weekly transport allowance will be made available to committed workers with us by the 2nd month of their work with us
-The weekly data Allowance will be made available to person's publicising/ Advertising online by the 4th week of their work with us

ACCOMODATION/HOSTEL FOR WORKERS
Hostel/Accomodation is available for workers form far locations. It's hostel style with male and female Rooms separate.The hostel will have 3/4 person's in each room with beds and some other gadgets available in the room.
Workers who need hostels will pay a fee of #10,000 for 2 month usage while our company will bear the amount from the 3rd month as you work with us.
After the 2 months, SouthCore consulting will take care of Hostel Accomodation as long as you work with us.
-You will vacate the Hostel anytime you stop working with us from the 3rd/4th month

4 DAYS TRAINING FOR THE WORK/JOB
You will be trained for 4days on the Job.The training will cover
1. Radio/Tv Broadcasting
2. Social media & Online marketing
3. Marketing & sales
4. Radio/Tv marketing
5. Public speaking & Eloquence
The training will help you in doing the work properly, equipping you with all skills you need for the job
SWITCHING TO OTHER WORKS/JOBS WITH US
All customer acquisition Officers and Business Growth Activators can switch to other works in our firm within 30-60 days. You can switch to join our Educational and Broadcasting work as you work with us.You will be trained in Diction/Phonics, French, Music & Instruments, Radio/Tv Broadcasting and you will teach it in schools and also Broadcast on Radio stations with us.
Salary/payment for that is / / and you can switch to it after 1/2 months of working with us in the marketing & Sales Department.
HOW TO START WORKING WITH US IMMEDIATELY
You can start working with us immediately after understanding what we do and how you can work with us. You will need to attend the 4 days Training at our office. Training time is 3:30pm - 6:30pm Mondays to Thursdays at our office
