🧡 Watch this 👀 It's madness but believe me I am there with Chris Marshall Sonia Hunt Wilson and all the family 😂 (and yes that is Sonia you can hear laughing)

🧡 This was the last day at Centre Parcs on the Rapids 🙈😱 all week I'd watched everyone else go off down the Rapids saying how much fun it is ... but hey it was the last day and I said s@d it!! Lets do this 💪 it's my turn I want to do it I want to go down the Rapids 🙈😱😂

🧡 So all 15 of us got together so I was well looked afte as you'll see 👀 there are 3 videos as yes I went down the Rapids twice 🙈😱 and the third clip is Marshall with Chris 💕

🧡 I was held by Chris all the way down and you can this at the start as the first bit was slower and I thought this was okay 👌 buy oh no then it got really fast and I held onto Chris for dear life 😂😂 the current was so fast I was being pushed up one side to the other it was fun but scary 😨 and at the end I flew off at the bottom with such speed and ended up under the water .... Yes I survived it 😂😂🙆‍♀️ so what do I do,?? Yep I go and do it again 😂😂 I must be MAD as I knew what was coming this time 🙈🧡
🧡 But I'm here I survived to tell the story as they say 😂😂 .. I was either MAD or brave 🤔 but either one I had the best time at Centre Parcs and I ended my time away in true warrior style MS wasn't going to stop me!! 💪🙏😁🧡

🧡 Oh no 🤦‍♀️ I was waiting to get into the MRI machine 😭

Chris Malson Paula Breen Sharon Fernando you was correct 😁👏 ... today was my MRI day 😫🙈

🧡 I had an MRI of my brain neck and back today oh and let's not forget with contrast YUK 🤮

🧡 This was done at my local hospital and not in a mobile unit. It was alot more easier to transfer onto and I had earphones and listened to music. I even had a screen to look at if I wanted to open my eyes... which I did just a few times 👀 which was lovely pictures of countryside a beach and then mountains with birds flying in the sky clouds moving .... you get the picture 😂 it was quite peaceful though the music still doesn't cover up the awful noise of the MRI machine 🙉

🧡 45 minutes in this machine today 🙈 I'm so glad it's done now 🥰 I just need to wait for an appointment to see my new Neurologist to discuss the results .... wish me luck 🤞🙏

🧡 Best Friends 💕🫂💋
🧡 Friendship is such hard work when you're ill and it really shouldn't be 😞 but I have found that old friendships have gone and unfortunately due to my illness but am very lucky as new ones have arisen and been made 🫶🫂💞👏🙆‍♀️ 🧡

🧡 I feel very lucky to have Sonia Hunt Wilson❤️ she treats me no different... she includes me in everything.... and knows when and how to help me without making me feel awkward or I'm being a pain in the b@m 😜 Nothing is too much trouble and of course I'm there for her too and that's how our friendship is and how real friendships should be 🙏🫶🧡

🧡 We've all had so much fun happy times at Centre Parcs 😁and here we are together in the outside pool 💕 and me of course modelling the rubber ring I took to help me 😜 ... though it came in handy I didn't use it all the time 🧡

🧡 Mobility aids for us MS warriors 💪🥰💋

🧡 So this was how I got around inside Centre Parcs tropical water park. I've never been before so didn't know what to expect 🙈 I didnt have to book it it was just parked up. So I parked my scooter in with the buggies transferred and then went straight into the disabled changing rooms to get ready 🧡

🧡 We went with Sonia .. Roccos mum and their family so there was 15 of us 🤩 which meant lots of help 🫶 they've been many a times so that helped us so much 🙏 we knew what to take in our rucksacks to be ready to spend our time in the water park which definitely helped 😁🥰🧡

🧡 The wheelchair wasn't the most comfy but it got me around wherever I wanted to go and was fully waterproof so I showered in it too ... YAY 🙆‍♀️👏 ... so for me it gave me the freedom to access mostly everywhere inside and was my best buddy ♿️🫂with Chris of course pushing me 🤗😍👍🧡

🧡 Oh no.... my poor toes 🙈🙈😭😭🧡

🧡Unfortunately it has come to a time where I can't cut my own toenails so Unfortunately Chris has to do it 🙈

🧡 Dont get me wrrong I love Chriscto bits but we bicker like mad about him cutting them ... and there is usually a few swear words said as it can really hurt 🙈

🧡 So im not pointing the finger at anyone... 🤔😂 but now this has happened!!

🧡 I was in so much pain not long after Chris had cut my toenails my big toe became very red and angry and so sore ... it looked infected 😫

🧡 I had to do something so I managed to arrange a mobile Chiropodist to see me yesterday and has treated the problem .... an ingrowing toenail on two of my toes but my big toe was the worst .... SOOOO painful 🦶 😭 ... so not very attractive but thank you very much Ryan Thomas for helping me at such short notice 🙏🙏🥰🥰👣

😇🥳 Happy Heavenly Birthday to my Dad 💙

It's been 13 years now since my Dad sadly left us 😔 and today has been a hard day for me 💔

It's taken me up til now to post to celebrate my Daddy's Birthday 🥳 he would have been 82 today 🫶 so I should celebrate it ... I want to celebrate it!

Happy Birthday Daddy and hope you're up there dancing away blasting Bob Marley with your glass of whisky in hand ... just how I remember you 💞

🧡 This is chronic illness!! ... That's the truth right there 😭

🧡 I use to remember when having a shower was such an enjoyable relaxing feeling I even use to wash my hair at the same time 😁👍 I must have been superwoman 😂 but sadly oh those days are gone ... so sad but that's the reality ...unfortunately for me my MS has changed this and I've had to accept and adapt ☹️🧡

🧡 Shower time is a chore 🤮... it's never ever enjoyable .. getting in and out of the shower is a mission in itself ... then I sit on my seat balancing myself as best as I can holding the shower ... while Chris helps me 🥰 while I wash ... now I have to be careful as I can't have the water too hot as then the heat will make my MS worse 🙈😭 🧡

🧡 I also have to be careful where the water touches my body too this may sound strange but my body is sensitive and then this can cause a spasm 🙈 which can then make me lose my balance 🧡

🧡 I'm not ashamed to admit that Chris helps me alot especially getting in and out..usually by acrually lifting me especially after the shower as I'm so fatigued 😞🧡

🧡 So you see the truth is having a shower is a chore for me ... it's a quick wash then out ... a quick dry off get dressed then a much needed rest 😴as yes I need to recover ... it's madness when I say it ... I have to rest and recharge after having a shower 😲 ... but this is the reality of living with a chronic illness!!! 😢🧡
