Birds of Appetite is the latest electric/acoustic project of prolific local musician Dean Gardner. For those of us who know him, he is the definition of “under the radar.” It’s uncanny because his talent is tremendous, his voice is haunting, and his stage presence is magnetic. Previous projects include Public Policy and Keening, but his solo work is the stuff of legend. How did we get him to play Stone Soup? FOR A SECOND TIME?! Just lucky, I guess. Stash Wyslouch, Birds of Appetite Opens is this Saturday, October 25th. Doors at 6pm. Show starts at 7pm.
