Today, we pause to honor the lives of our fellow Scouts: Outdoorsman Scout Geoffree, Outdoorsman Scout Alvien, and Outdoorsman Scout Emman who have gone home ahead of us. They embodied the 12 laws of scouting-- Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent.
Though their journeys were tragically cut short, their legacy lives on in the trails they blazed and the lives they touched. They taught us the true meaning of dedication and selfless service.
As we gather in reflection, let us carry their light forward, continuing the mission they so passionately embraced. May their lives inspire us to lead lives of purpose, honor, and compassion.
To our dear brothers, Geoff, Vien, and Emman may you rest in eternal peace. It was an honor serving with you. You already accomplished your duty to the country and others, and now, your duty to God commenced eternally. You will always remain in our hearts as we salute you with a Scout's promise to keep the flame of your memory alive.
