One of the highlights by far!

Started the morning with inspiring women sharing their experiences, women that started the very same place I started.

New product launches that will address scalp health in ways I have never seen before!

Makeup with skincare, which is essential as a woman with mature skin!

An incredible opportunity to meet one of the companies most authentic, passionate and genuine leaders thank you for pouring into this team and the time to meet together!

Ended the day with a team dinner and hearing our “why”. We all come from so many different walks of life but what this one common opportunity does to connect us all!

There’s a lot of talk and so much that you get to choose from in this big wide world of social media!
But those who know my heart…you KNOW…and this is as real as it gets!

Authenticity is everything to me and I will never tell you it works if it doesn’t.

I won’t put my name behind anything I don’t absolutely believe in or improve your self confidence, your hair and clean ingredients for your body, skin, health!

For the women that I have been lucky enough to partner with…
If you tell me you want to succeed, I’ll treat that goal like it’s my
J O B…because it is.
I don’t take it lightly and I pour knowledge, experience, training into this team each and every day!

I would not share this opportunity to partner if it wasn’t somewhere I KNEW I could help others win, grow and succeed!

Leadership is my passion and my strength.

So grateful for those who trusted in this team- we are over forty five women and growing since I started ten weeks ago! Dozens of rank advancements, bonuses that have exceeded some of these women’s weekly and monthly paychecks, me included!

I am grateful I get to share this with such a positive, motivated and supportive group of women and it is making a financial and personal difference in so many lives- it is a disservice if I don’t share this with others, I truly believe that!

I was just like you…Cautious. Fearful. Uncertain. Hesitant. Conflicted. But you know what? I decided to put those things aside and just go for it!! I thought to myself, how will I ever know unless I try? Boy, am I glad I tried!

It has been an unpredictable and fun filled three years since shifting career paths and balancing my joy, motivation, and passions in new ways.

I am approaching ten 🔟 thousand followers on Instagram () and growing this Facebook community each and every day!
I am blown away by the kindness, support, wisdom, compassion and positivity shared among the women that have gathered here.

Excited to re-introduce myself and my brand Mindful Beauty by Michele, which has really become about empowering mature women and prioritizing ourselves a little more so we can fill our own cup in order to fill the cup for others in our lives.

I am embracing my 50’s better than I would have predicted because of some extra self care. That can look like daily gratitude practice to growth mindset work to some skincare, doing my hair or makeup and collectively sharing on these social platforms.

I am married 24 years this July to my best friend and hubby- who I met in a bar at the Jersey shore! I am a mom to three teens, one in college and two in high school this Fall. Also a dog mom to 🐶🐶two labs. I was a special education teacher, a school psychologist, and now I work as an executive function counselor and social skills facilitator and grateful every day for all of it.

Join me on this journey of self-care, confidence, and embracing the beauty of every stage of life. Let's glow together! 💖
