BREAKING: Honorable Obi Aguocha Visited Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Inside DSS Headquarters

Above subject matter refers.

1. A few days ago, the lawyers to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu reached out to his Honourable member, Obi Aguocha, representing Ikwuano, Umuahia North, and Umuahia South federal constituency. This was in relation to the long-running difficulties being encountered by the legal team in their efforts to gain access and meet with their client.

2. Hon. Obi Aguocha took urgent steps in writing the Department of State Security [DSS] and Dr. Tajudeen Abbas [GCON], Honourable Speaker of the 10th House of Representatives, seeking their immediate intervention.

3. A meeting of the aforementioned was positive to the effect that Hon. Obi Aguocha having inquired from the DSS, who informed that the seeming pause to accessing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was occasioned by his lawyers asking the judge to recuse herself, which requires further legal process and is also known to both parties. Additionally, Hon. Obi Aguocha had a physical audience with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on Thursday, 24th of October 2024, in the company of an immediate family member, namely Ms. Ezioma Stella Ikpo. Hon. Obi Aguocha fully briefed Mazi Nnamdi Kanu about the circumstances during their meeting.

4. Furthermore, a resolution was reached regarding the lack of access to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by his legal team, who hereby are granted the requisite access to their client.

5. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is keeping well and looks strong. Hon. Aguocha appreciates the commendable efforts of the new leadership of the DSS in ensuring that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's healthcare needs are met, including the approval of his request for access and attention to private medical care and to a doctor of his choice, to which Hon. Obi Aguocha is pleased to confirm that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has received private medical attention as recent as the 3rd of October, 2024.

6. Hon. Obi Aguocha deeply appreciates the uncommon and courageous effort of the Honourable Speaker of the 10th House of Representatives for his quick intervention, which has facilitated these positive outcomes.

7. It should be noted that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's fundamental human rights as guaranteed under the 1999 Nigerian constitution as amended and other relevant instruments of the United Nations should be upheld.

8. Hon. Obi Aguocha is cognizant of the concerns of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's legal team and appreciates their professionalism in this matter.

9. Hon. Obi Aguocha remains optimistic that in the end, a political solution will be achieved, leading to the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and also for the peace and stability of the South East.

SOUTHEAST GOVERNORS BAN OPEN GRAZING, MOVEMENT OF COWS BY FOOT

The Southeast governors have banned open grazing and the movement of cows by foot in the region in a bid to tackle the security challenges confronting the zone.

Chairman of the Southeast Governors’ Forum and Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi disclosed this on Monday during the inauguration of the All Progressives Congress in Abakaliki.

“The governors of the southeast had banned not only open grazing, but we have also banned the movement of cows by foot into the southeast,” he said.

“In each of the five states of the southeast, we are managing ourselves very well. We have also stopped the movement of cows across communities.

“What we discussed in the southeast with the herdsmen, with the farmers is the method that has been in place for a long time before now.”

The governor also cautioned the easterners against instigating crises in the country through the dissemination of fake videos alleging the killing of Fulanis by members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in the South-East.

While noting that security is not an issue that should be politicised, Governor Umahi called on leaders of the region to create a framework that will secure the lives and properties of the people.

“What our people must know is that security is not political, what is demanded of the leaders is to put up programs that favour the people and foster national unity.

“There is a new dimension that is taking place in the southeast which is very dangerous. It is when the communities use the name of IPOB, the video and upload it to the social media and say it is IPOB that is burning the houses of herdsmen.

“It is not IPOB, it is the communities that are doing this and this is very dangerous for the Igbo man. I am talking to us as leaders,” he added. (Channels TV)

Biafra: It Is Clear Now, Nnamdi Kanu Is The True Leader Of Ndi-Igbo, Not Ohaneze Organisation – Prof. Usman Yusuf

Nigerian Professor Usman Yusuf has revealed that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is indeed the true leader of the Igbo Nation and not the Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo organisation.

The professor described Kanu as the true leader who is the Commander in Chief in southeastern Nigeria. “I have seen several Igbo men claiming leadership, but Nnamdi Kanu is different from most of them”. “He is focused, strategic in planning and has commanded a humongous number of followers across Nigeria and the globe whose loyalty is unquestionable,” he revealed.

“Nnamdi Kanu from the United Kingdom, gives an order to the youths and they are all obeying him, that is leadership, he said.

He further stated that “ it’s a shame that Nnamdi Kanu is the one calling the shot in the Southeast.” He blamed the other Igbo leaders for the squalor in the region and asked, “Where are the leaders, where are the Ohanaeze leaders?

Where are the elders who should call the youths to order when they misbehave? ” Nnamdi Kanu is the only leader the youths can trust.

The government should listen to him when he talks, It is clear now, Nnamdi Kanu is a true leader of Ndi-Igbo, Not Ohaneze Organisation he said.

THE UNPREDICTABILITY OF IPOB

Maybe, you are oblivious to the kind of intelligence gathering we have in this country or you don't want to admit that IPOB is highly tactical and discreet with how it conducts its business.

Till today, the federal government of Nigeria cannot explain how Nnamdi Kanu left Nigeria only to reappear in Jerusalem, Israel despite having his travel documents seized.

Till today, they can't explain how US Navy Seals arrived Nigeria and rescued an American citizen who had been held captive by Boko Haram.

Till today, they don't know when ESN recruited its members, trained and armed them.

Till today, they know little about the training camp's location.

Till today, they know little about IPOB's global funding and net worth. This is their own admission not mine.

Till today, they know little about IPOB's structure. They only know Nnamdi Kanu.

Till today, they are still amazed that Uche Mefor parted ways with IPOB with little or no information about a group he was its deputy leader.

Till today, Radio Biafra they claim they have spent a lot of money to gag still broadcasts to a hearing audience of millions of people across the world. Yesteryears marked a case of martyrdom, harassment and possible killing of IPOB members found with IPOB insignia. Recent months, weeks and days have marked a departure from that sheep-like position which renders them vulnerable against their attackers.

The group is morphing into a powerfully, armed unit that is capable of getting into a prolonged armed conflict ....
Is it not high time they are brought to a table of dialogue or are they waiting for burst ?

Fulani is the problem not Hausa and stop this your nonsensical Hausa-Fulani joint ethnic identity.
