19 years ago today I was on my way to the hospital to welcome my first child into the world. 19 years ago Skylar Looney was a few hours away from making her grand entrance. 19 years. NINETEEN. YEARS. Since that time I have watched her grow from a baby into a young woman. I haven’t been the best dad in the world but I am lucky to have one of the absolute best daughters in the world. She’s kind. She’s loving. She’s smart. She’s considerate. She’s a survivor. And she can do anything in the world she sets her mind to do.

I love you SkySky and you’ll always be my Babygirl.
