🚨 Air India your customer service is a letdown!🚨
I never expected this level of disappointment from a national carrier. Recently, I traveled with back to the netherlands where we reside, and upon receiving my baggage, I discovered that one of my bags were severely damaged, to an extent that I cannot use it again. Naturally, I filed a complaint, expecting a quick resolution and fair compensation for the damage.
What did I get in return? A petty refund that doesn’t even cover a fraction of the loss. Instead of taking responsibility and compensating me fully for their negligence, Air India brushed off my concerns with minimal effort and a laughable offer. 🙄
We sent them photographs of before and after of how the suitcase was handed and delivered to us. It is in a poor condition that we cannot use it again
I’ve been a loyal customer for couple of years, but this experience has been a wake-up call. **A refund is not enough when your baggage handling team is careless** and the company fails to take proper accountability.
If you’re going to take responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, do it right.
