On the left is Smokys new brother Ash. We got him over the weekend and when we first saw him he came up to us and was so sweet and kind. We carried him and it was set, we had to get him. The fact also that his name was already Ash which is not far off from Smoky means it was meant to be

First day at a new job that's better than the last one.

Ever since I got back into working out 3 weeks ago I run at least 1.5 Miles everyday before I start my day. I have got really slow and my first week showed. Since covid hit I havent PT tested or dedicated to fitness in 2 years. My best score in basic training was 10:42 for a 1.5 so I'm slowly getting back there.
First Week: 15:48
Second Week: 14:09
Third Week: 12:48
