📊 Key findings from the Reuma-check cohort:
✔️ 28% of axSpA cases started at ≥45 years.
✔️ More common in females (51%) & psoriasis (42%).
✔️ Lower NSAID response (52%) & HLA-B27 positivity (32%).
✔️ Shorter diagnosis delay (40 vs. 93 months) than early-onset axSpA
⚠️ lo-axSpA may require distinct diagnostic & treatment approaches.
