They say itâs easier for Filipinos living abroad to get a tourist visa⌠and yes, thatâs partly true â but not the whole story.
Because when I applied for an Irish visa, I didnât just submit my own documents â I had to include my husbandâs too. Double the paperwork. Double the stress.
It took 5 weeks.
And guess what?
I had to keep going back and forth over email to send extra documents â things that were never even listed on the official site.
Itâs not just Ireland.
This kind of thing happens with other countriesâ embassy too.
So if youâre a Filipino living in Singapore and youâre applying for an Irish visa, donât get caught off guard.
Hereâs the real list of what youâll need đ
