❓ Why did I create this planner? ❓
Throughout my life, I’ve always felt as though simple tasks and daily activities were so much more challenging for me to just ‘get on with’. Everybody around me was always thriving, and I just couldn’t keep up.
So many times, I sat there trying to get organised with all of my good intentions, and I never could. I didn’t know what was wrong with me, and my head was constantly darting from one topic to another. I couldn’t sleep, and my reaction to things that happened in my life which seem trivial to others were extreme and felt like enough to push me over the edge.
Initially, I was diagnosed with OCD, A correct diagnosis but being treated for that wasn’t enough. 2 years ago I was finally diagnosed with ADHD. I felt as though I grieved for the life I could have had, but over that time, I realised that to get to where I am… I wouldn’t change anything.
I now take medication for my ADHD. Of course, for me to consider taking this, it had to impact my life significantly. It does. It helps me better regulate my emotions and somewhat improves concentration and sleep. However, executive functioning is something I still struggle with. Medication is not the be-all and end-all.
So I made this planner. Initially, to help organise myself, however, I thought it could also help others.

I personally believe a tablet is a great option and here are some Apps which will work with this planner:

- Windows: Wipster, Xodo
