Every time I think I haven’t made enough progress in the gym, I simply look at my arms. Shoulders and my stomach😮‍💨 They look so lean🥹

My legs still have a ways to go but they are getting stronger and more toned over time! My fitness journey has not been about losing weight, (though I have lost 15lbs in the last three months) but about losing body fat and becoming stronger and leaner.

Your best investment is in you, not just mentally/intellectually but also physically.

I must be the weirdest Leo ♌️ ever because I’m very lowkey about my birthday! Monday, July 28 was my birthday and I had the best weekend and special day thanks to husbae .o.cox 🥹😘🎉🎂

Grateful for another year and giving God thanks for so many blessings. And while this birthday isn’t a milestone one, I want so many things in this new chapter…and with Gods help I’m going to make all of them a reality!

I think this set will be perfect for the spring when it’s not too cold anymore. Also, you definitely need to size down for the best fit (I’m wearing a S) and unfortunately it doesn’t come in a size XS. For my medium girlies, small will be perfect for you and likewise medium will be great for my L-XL babes!

Spring is approaching and while I love pastels and bright coloured outfits as much as the next girl, I’m definitely living for my neutrals lately!

Getting back in my fashion bag, and this recent night shoot with husbae just reminded me of how much I am “that girl”!
