What is the main reason for the sudden dismissal of South Sudan's former Foreign Minister, Mr. Ramadan Mohamed Abdalla Guc?
Mr. Ramadan Mohamed Abdalla Guc, does a remarkable job at international and regional forums during his tenure at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In most of the places the government sent him to deliver an official statement on behalf of the Government of South Sudan, Mr. Ramadan Mohamed Abdalla Guc succeeded greatly.
We all follow his speech at the recent UN Security Council regarding the events in Kinabi, Wad Medani in Sudan. And how was concern about his people in Sudan and wherever they are and his great love for his country, which qualifies him as right leader in the right place. As youth of South Sudan, we are so very proud of you, we thank God for this opportunity.
At least many have known who Ramadan Guc is and what his capabilities are. We all have confidence and certainty that he will succeed in his next assignment as a Member of Parliament and you will do another great job there.
As many people do not know the reason behind dismissal, but if the reason is the diplomatic disputes that occurred between the United States and South Sudan, this cannot be resolved by a minister of foreign alone, but requires the Council of Ministers, the government, the parliament, and all other parties to resolve it.
