I feel so grateful and blessed to officially be welcomed into the
foundation as a facilitator 💜 To be surrounded by so many strong women - Lupus warriors, has been so incredibly heart-warming and empowering. To hear their stories (remembering my own) and to see them standing when they couldn’t before - for a cause bigger than their struggles and smiling beyond their difficulties - is the very reason why I wake up every day with the belief that anything is possible as long as you believe in yourself. Simply take one moment at a time, with kindness for yourself and others, and having a purpose; knowing your ‘why’. I’m so excited for the world to see what the foundation has in store for next year’s awareness initiatives

#1~ Some of my favourite moments of this month so far ✨

So often we can get so caught up the trajectory of our goals and where our lives ought to go that we forget the very simple fact that life is happening at this very second, before us. Whilst dreams and goals fuel our passions and offer fulfilment, it’s the seemingly insignificant, terribly mundane, but oh so glorious little day-to -day moments that keep our hearts beating and give our life it’s very essence of being.

This month hasn’t particularly been the easiest, but it’s been filled with tiny meetings of laughter, silliness, spontaneity, unexpected but welcomed kindness, encouragement, and heart. For every person I’ve encountered this month, thank you for being you, for being there for me, and for bringing a smile on my face! ♥️
