I love apartment living, especially highrise 🤣🤣
But a couple of times we have had fire alarm go off, and we had to use the stairs😭😭 imagine going down the stairs from 18th floor?
It was not easy o but management were very good so I can't fault them.

SOLD!!! and that is on Abba’s favourite no be for mouth!!

Council took long to transfer land ownership to us, we waited till about 4pm, our agent told us it is normal but we initially thought it would be around 11am or at most midday! Make I leave talk, happiness wan injure me🤣🤣🤣

Let me tell you, the day before moving into your first house, you most likely will not be able to sleep 😭😭
This has reminded me the very first day I was about to travel out of Nigeria, I couldn't sleep because I didn't want to miss my flight. I was so happy and just wanted morning to reach so I can start going to the airport! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

We have started buying furniture/items for our new home.
Saw a nice couch on tiktok shop that I'll love to add to the sun room. Paid for it, didn't get any email or notification of purchase which is very unusual.

It was after a few minutes that I went back to check the link and realised It was a scam. No way to contact vendor, the website doesn't exist outside tiktok, their links are not clickable neither did the payment account align with what I bought, nothing nothing.

I jejely contacted my bank and they cancelled the payment.
One thing I love about Australia banks is that, if you make payment to a new account for the first time it will be pending for hours even up to 24hours before the payment will go through. So I didn't even panic, I just showed evidence and my money has been returned. No stress!

See those tiktok ads, be careful o
I have bought from them before and they delivered but check well before you buy! Never buying anything from there again sha🤣🤣🤣
